The petitioner in the contempt application happens to be the private respondent (the eighth respondent) in the writ petition which stood dismissed and the order of dismissal stood affirmed by the Hon’ble Division Bench. 2. The contempt petitioner contends that the writ petitioner raised construction which is illegal and unauthorised and contrary to the provisions of law. 3. It appears that there is no allegation of violation of any of the directions passed by this Court. 4. As the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the action on the part of the writ petitioner in raising unauthorized construction, the contempt petitioner ought to have approached the competent forum for relief. The Court sitting in contempt jurisdiction will not be in a position to pass any direction in favour of the petitioner in the contempt petition. 5. The contempt application is accordingly dismissed. It will be open for the petitioner in the contempt application to initiate appropriate proceeding for challenging the unauthorized construction made at behest of the writ petitioner before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised. 6. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
