Petitioner is serving as Lecturer (Economics) at GSSS Bagachanogi, Thach, District Mandi, stated to be a hard area. His case that he is serving in the hard/remote area for last fourteen years. At the present place of posting also, he has completed his normal tenure. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of six weeks from today.
