This application has been preferred by the petitioners for modification of the order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No. 428 of 2016. 3. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the number of the complaint case which is Complaint Case No. 1928 of 2014 and which has inadvertently been mentioned as Complaint Case No. 1828 of 2014. 4. The further modification which has been sought for is with respect to the pendency of the Court which is learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih instead of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 5. In view of the above, therefore, the order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No. 428 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 and the last paragraph of the order, learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad shall now be read as learned Judicial Magistrate, Giridih and in the 3rd paragraph as well as in the last paragraph Complaint Case No. 1828 of 2014 and Complaint Case No. 243 of 2015, shall now be read as Complaint Case No. 1928 of 2014. 6. The order dated 08.09.2016 passed in Cr.M.P.No. 428 of 2016 is accordingly modified. 7. This application stands disposed of. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay,J) P.K.S.
