In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 3. The basic relief sought by the petitioners in the present petition is to direct the court below Additional Commissioner 1st (Judicial) 1st Agra Division Agra to decide the Revision No. 1516 of 2022 (Computerized case no. C20220100001516) (Prem Singh and others Vs. Land Management Committee and other) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code filed by the respondent no. 3 & 4, expeditiously. 4. The matter is pending before the Court below since 2022 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2/Additional Commissioner 1st (Judicial) 1st Agra Division Agra to decide the aforesaid revision strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
