The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 515 of 2023 arising out of Karaikela P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code subsequently charge has been framed under Section 302, 201 & 120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons had committed murder of one Marshal Odeya. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but his name has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. 5. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Suresh Pradhan @ Suresh Bhogta has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 2958/2025 by order dated 17.04.2025. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur at Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
