This petition has been filed against the order impugned dated 22.10.2024. By the order impugned, the application filed by the petitioner on 11.07.2024 regarding maintainability of the proceedings under Section 115-P of U.P. Z.A. & L. R. Act has been rejected by the court below. 4. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 & 5 has submitted that after the order impugned, the proceedings have been finally decided by order dated 13.01.2025 and has produced the photo copy of the order dated 13.01.2025. 5. Since, the proceedings itself have been decided, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the Collector, Ghazipur, for redressal of his grievance, if any.
