It transpires from the record that petitioner has already made representation dated 4th November, 2024 before the respondent No.- 4, which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the respondent No.- 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 4th November, 2024 in a time bound period. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 4th November, 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
