1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the notice dated 19.02.2025 issued by Assistant Engineer, C.G. State Power Distribution Company/ Respondent No. 3 by which a notice for disconnection has been issued to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 & 3 by filing a reply on advance submits that the petitioner is having alternative remedy under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the petitioner can challenge the same before Executive Engineer of the respondent company and the writ petition is not maintainable.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question the notice dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) before the appropriate authority of the respondent company.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
