The 3"'^ respondent issued impugned notice vide Rc.No.C91/1886/ Bedvel(M)/19S.A/2024, informing the petitioner that he has dated 24.01.2025, been placed under suspension pending enquiry and also called upon to submit his written statement within seven days from the date of receipt of the notice with regard to the allegations leveled against him. (b) In pursuance to the said notice, the petitioner submitted representation on 31.01.2025 and the same has not been considered by the respondents so far. Hence, the writ petition.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner placed under suspension vide impugned notice dated 24.01.2025 without giving any prior opportunity of hearing or to place the relevant documents and even after submission of representation dated 31.01.2025 in pursuance to the impugned notice, the respondent authorities are not taking any further action. As such, the petitioner is facing much difficulty and hence direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner.
