The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1/Accused under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, died. 3. The petitioner/complainant is present; he is aged about 77 years. 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.127 of 2009 Dated 01.04.2025 4. The petitioner/complainant filed this Criminal Revision Case challenging the Judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Guntur, in Crl.A.No.444 of 2006 for setting aside the sentence of imprisonment for a period of six (6) months and enhancing the payment of fine from Rs.2,000/- to 5,000/-. 5. The report from the Superintendent of Police, Guntur Urban, is not required to submit about the status of the respondent No.1, inasmuch as the petitioner himself submitted that the respondent No.1/Accused is no more. 6. In view of the death of the respondent No.1/Accused, nothing remains in this Criminal Revision Case. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is required to be closed.
