The petitioners are in custody for about 150 days. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Charge sheet has been submitted. The may be granted bail. Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have been named as assailants by witnesses in the statement recorded under Sections 161/164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Two of the offending weapons have been recovered from the possession of one of the petitioners, Bablu Halder. I have considered the material on record.
