The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A1 to A.7 in Crime No.91 of 2024 of Chilakaluripeta Rural Police Station, Palnadu District, for the alleged offences under Sections 108, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2ndrespondent/de facto complainant submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed I.A. Nos. 2 and 3 of 2025, accompanying the affidavit of the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant and the joint memo, seeking the permission of this Court to allow the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 and the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant to compound the alleged offence in Crime No.91 of 2024. 3. The petitioners/A.1 to A.7 and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present in the Court. The identity cards of both the parties were verified. 4. The 2nd respondent submits that, pursuant to the intervention of well- wishers, she has withdrawn the allegations made against the -2- CRL.P. No.2833 OF 2025 petitioners. She further confirmed that the compromise was reached voluntarily, without coercion or undue influence. 5. Recording the submissions of the 2nd respondent, I.A. Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed and the Crime No.91 of 2024of Chilakaluripeta Rural Police Station, Palnadu District, registered against the petitioners/A.1 to A.7 for the alleged offences under Sections 108, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, is hereby quashed. 6. Accordingly, the criminal petition is allowed. 7.
