Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2/in the Court of Additional Commissioner Judicial (First), Varanasi Devision, Varanasi to decide the Revision No.43 of 2018 (Kailashnath & another versus Satendra Nath & others) pending in the Court of Commissioner Varanasi Division, within stipulated period pending before him." 3. From perusal of the writ petition and annexures annexed thereto, it appears that the aforementioned revision is pending since 2018 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Additional Commissioner Judicial (First), Varanasi Devision, Varanasi to consider and decide the aforementioned revision in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
