Case No. 152/2023, registered under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, wherein, the petitioner was arrested on 14.06.2024 and is in custody since then. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, his counsel Mr. A. Khalek is not pressing this bail application filed by the petitioner in Special (NDPS) Case No. 165/2024, arising out of Mankachar P.S. Case No. 152/2023, to which Mr. K. K.
