GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the proceedings in No.Ref.G4/497/2019 dated 03.03.2020 of the respondent No.2 issued under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, proposing to acquire the properties of the petitioners in land to an extent of Ac.1.24 cents in Sy.No.188-3B2 of the petitioner NO.1 and Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.188-3B3 of the petitioner No.2 in Eadida Sitanagaram Village, Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District for the purpose of Navaratnalu scheme, this writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri.N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the Land Acquisition. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Mandapeta, dated 19.02.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that, the proposed lands were withdrawn from land acquisition proceedings as the alternate land was identified under Consent Acquisition Mode. As seen from the records, this Court on 24.03.2020, granted interim suspension in respect of the impugned proceedings. 4. In view of the foregoing, no further directions are required to be issued. 5. The written instructions of the Tahsildar, Mandapeta, dated 19.02.2025 are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
