In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavits of the opposite parties disclosing that the representation of the applicants have already been decided and rejected by order dated 01.07.2024. The order dated 01.07.2024 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavits. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. The applicants have the remedy to challenge the order dated 01.07.2024 on merits before appropriate forum.
