This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the representation dated October 17, 2024 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the Collector/District Magistrate, Deoria should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the Collector/District Magistrate, Deoria being respondent No.5 herein is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
