His client is aggrieved to extent of directions made, inter alia, for maintenance. During pendency of the application for condonation of delay, his client paid Rs.6 lakhs to respondent. The payment was made in execution, discharge and satisfaction of impugned judgment. He files supplementary affidavit dated 7th July, 2025 disclosing, inter alia, tender of said sum by demand draft. He submits, his instructions are not to prosecute the appeal. In view of aforesaid, the withdrawal application is allowed. The condonation application and appeal are dismissed.
