Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking direction to the court below to decide the Case No.6075 of 2008 (State vs. Rajendra Prasad and Others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Mau Aima, District- Allahabad, in Charge Sheet No.115 of 2008 dated 24.05.2008, arising out of Case Crime No.163 of 2008, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.21, District- Allahabad, within stipulated period. 3. In compliance of the order dated 03.12.2024, the report of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/FTC Court No.21, Prayagraj is kept on record. From the report of Civil Judge (Junior Divison) Court No.21, Prayagraj, it is evident that charges have already been framed on 18.09.2012 and non-bailable warrants have been issued on 18.10.2024 against the accused persons on their non- presence before the court. Next date fixed for appearance of the accused persons before the concerned court was 31.01.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the aforesaid case is pending since 2008. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
