This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.09.2024 passed by the Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Division, District Chitrakoot in Case No. 918/2023, Computer Case No. C202307000000918 (Kamlesh and others Vs. Mithilesh Kumar and others) U/s. 207 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.05.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Manikpur, Chitrakoot Dham Division, District Chitrakoot in Case No. RST/482/2023, Computer Case No. T202307190300482 (Mitlesh Kumar Vs. Kamlesh), U/s. 116 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
