Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners to press this writ petition, whereas Sri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents is present. 3. Prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners for quashing the order dated 19.07.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 in Appeal No.1320 of 2023 Computerized No. C2023010001320 (Rajan Singh and others Versus Competent Authority, Firozabad-Shikohabad Development Authority), under Section 27(2) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 as well as Demolition Notice dated 01.09.2023 passed by the respondent no.3. 4. On the other hand, preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that against the aforesaid order, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy to file a Revision before the State Government as provided under Section 41(3) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
