S APPADHARA REDDY Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. 3 The Court made the following Order: The petitioner herein had filed O.S.No.262 of 2007, before the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, for declaration of rights and title of 10 acres of land situated, in Sy.Nos.157/2 & 157/4 of Aganampudi Grama-Panchayat, Gajuwaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, and for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from interference with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner herein. This suit came to be allowed, on 01.03.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court, by way of W.P.No.6309 of 2022, contending that the land of the petitioner is being continued in the list of property, in the prohibitory register maintained under Section-22(A) of the Registration Act, 1908 and for a direction to the respondents therein to delete the same from the said register on account of the decree and judgment, dated 01.03.2016, in O.S.No.262 of 2007. 2. At that stage, the defendants moved I.A.No.318 of 2023 before the learned XIII Additional District Judge at Gajuwaka, with a delay of 2328 days. This application has been pending since March, 2023 when the appeal and the application had been filed. The petitioner has now approached this Court seeking a direction to the Appellate Court to dispose of the said application at the earliest. 3. Notices have been served on the respondents despite which there is no appearance for the respondents. 4. In view of the facts set out above and in view of the submissions made by Sri S. Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned XIII Additional District Judge, Gajuwaka, to dispose of I.A.No.318 of 2023, at the earliest and at any rate not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. 4 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
