Present transfer application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to transfer the Small Court Case No. 05 of 2019 (Surendra Kumar Versus Mahendra Singh) pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Room No. 8, Saharanpur to other nearest District of Saharanpur. 3. While going through the record, it transpires that that earlier transfer application has been filed by the applicant before the District Judge, Saharanpur being Case No. Nil of 2024, which was dismissed on 11.09.2024, now the applicant is approaching this Court to transfer the case to some other district. 4. After some argument, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the applicant to dismiss the present application as not pressed. 5. In this view of the matter, present transfer application is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
