An extension has also been obtained by the applicant on 20.12.2025 seeking extension of time for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle. Since Sufficient time has been granted for the Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle, no useful purpose will be served, if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, this Application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once again, if the vehicle is located.
