It is not in dispute that proposal for approval of appointments of petitioners, as sent by Principal, Lalita Inter College, Chaukhara, Siddharth Nagar, is pending before District Inspector of Schools, Siddharth Nagar and no decision has been taken thereon till date. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, by referring the contents of counter affidavit, submits that there are certain legal impediment. 4. In aforesaid circumstances since District Inspector of Schools has to take a decision on proposal, therefore, instead of deciding the issue at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that District Inspector of Schools, Siddharth Nagar will take a decision on proposal in accordance with law and if there is any legal impediment, the same may be communicated to Principal of College.
