Heard Sri Vipul Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shiv Babu Dubey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Santosh Kumar, learned AGA for the State-respondents. The present bail application has been filed for enlarging the applicant on bail in S.T. No. 53 of 2019, F.I.R. No. 0690 of 2018, under Section 302, 394, 504 I.P.C., Police Station -Kharkhoda, District -Meerut. It is informed that testimony of witness of both the parties has been recorded before the trial Court and argument is at the fag end. Therefore, at this stage, it is not a case to enlarge the applicant on bail. It is expected that trial Court shall complete the hearing and pronounce the judgment, if possible, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
