Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 6, Allahabad/concerned court to decide the Criminal Case no. 1744 of 2020 (Arti Devi vs. Vimal Kumar Mishra), under Sections 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2020. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 6, Allahabad/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the Criminal Case no. 1744 of 2020 (Arti Devi vs. Vimal Kumar Mishra), under Sections 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
