The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 5701 of 2020 (Gopal Yadav vs. State of U.P.) and the second bail application of the application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 46137 of 2020 (Gopal Yadav vs. State of U.P.). 3. This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Gopal Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. Case Crime No. 249 of 2018, under sections 302, 307 IPC read with section 27/30 Arms Act, Police Station Sidhari, District Azamgarh. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous. 5.
