Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent police submitted that the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29946 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023 has not been complied with by the petitioner. He further submitted that A1 still absconding. 4. After hearing both sides, this Court directs the respondent police to secure the accused forthwith. 5.
