Laksar, District Haridwar. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. 5. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is closed. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 8.
