This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 29.06.2024 passed by Assistant Collector-Ist Class/Sub Divisional Officer Akbarpur, Kanpur Dehat (Annexure No.16 to this writ petition). issue instructions to Tehsil Authorities to handover the possession or measured 40 bighas land to the petitioner." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
