Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CMP No.20265 of 2025 By way of this application, the applicant/petitioner has brought on record the subsequent developments including a compromise entered into between the parties, in terms whereof, the disputed land has now been purchased by the family member of the petitioner. Learned counsel, accordingly, prays that this application be disposed of by taking the documents appended therewith on record. 2. The application is disposed of by taking the events mentioned therein as well as documents mentioned thereon on record. 2 CMPMO No.181 of 2015 3. When this case was taken up today, the Court stands informed that in terms of documents appended with CMP No.20265 of 2025, which has been allowed by the Court by order of the even date, the matter stands compromised between the parties. 4. Therefore, in the light of the fact that the matter in issue now stands compromised between the parties, as prayed for, this petition is disposed by setting aside the order which was impugned by way of this petition i.e., order dated 27.03.2015, passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Palampur, District Kangra, H.P., in CMA No.272 of 2009, titled Surjeet Kaushal versus Puran Chand.
