1. Heard Mr. M. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate appearing on behalf of all the opposite parties.
2. By this application, the applicant, who is the respondent in Writ Appeal No. 422/2024, is praying for early date of hearing on the ground that the respondents are going to have a Survey and Settlement Training which is scheduled to be held in the last week of May or first week of June, 2025. Accordingly, if the applicant is not permitted to undergo the SST Training it will have a serious repercussion on his career.
3. Considering the submissions made and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, let the Writ Appeal No. 422/2024 and Writ Appeal No. 221/2024 be listed on 20.05.2025.
4. The I.A. is disposed of.
