This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings, including orders dated 18.10.2023 & 08.08.2024, of Case No. 616 of 2023, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Milak, District- Rampur, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rampur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that applicant may be permitted to deposit the arrears of maintenance in reasonable installments and a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned accordingly. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application for paying / depositing the arrears of maintenance in installments before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
