At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have already performed marriage in presence of family members of both the petitioners. 5. In view thereof, cause of filing the instant petition has rendered infructuous, hence, present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
