The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection from the police as they solemnized their marriage without the consent of their parents. 3. On police verification, it's revealed that there is no threat to the lives of the petitioners as the father of petitioner no. 1 has given an undertaking that he has no problem with their marriage, therefore, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
