The instant petition has been filed for a direction to the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO), Court No.1, Meerut to decide the Special Case No.1827 of 2022 (State vs. Najakat @ Pappu) arising out of Case Crime No.210 of 2015 under Sections 182, 388, 211, 195, 196, 419, 420, 120B IPC, Police Station Delhi Gate, District Meerut expeditiously. 3. On perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned court after considering the material available on record, passed the order impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned order can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for deciding aforesaid case expeditiously, is refused and the petition is hereby dismissed.
