Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner filed a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.795 of 2025 petition before the first respondent to appoint Special Public Prosecutor to conduct a trial in the case in S.C.No.3 of 2018 pending on the file of Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvarur. The first respondent appointed one Mr.Kannan, Additional Public Prosecutor to prosecute the abovesaid case. Being dissatisfied with the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to engage a counsel of his choice to assist the prosecution. 4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
