Vide order dated 7.4.2025, this Court while issuing notice to the respondents, clarified that pendency of the petition shall not be bar for the respondents to comply with mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, if so advised, but since during the pendency of the execution petition, petitioner is being compelled to deposit the electricity bill without there being adjustment of security and payment of 3% rebate, this Court deems it fit to clarify that petitioner shall deposit the energy charges as per aforesaid bill placed on record strictly in terms of judgment sought to be executed.
