The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.10.2024 passed by the Up-Ziladhikari, Bansdeeh, District Ballia in Case No. 02496/2020 (Computerized Case N o. T202015090602496) "Ramesh Pandey vs. Suresh Pandey",under Section 209 (h) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Original Case No. 122 of 2016, under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006(Suresh Pandey vs. Shivji Pandey and others." 3. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents have raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. 6.
