The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in Cr. App. (SJ) No. 5147 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, the satisfaction portion has wrongly been typed as “Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Patna” in place of “Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Aurangabad, Bihar”. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioners, namely, Dhawanti Devi @ Dhanwarti Devi and Om Prakash Yadav and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 15.07.2025 passed in Cr. App. (SJ) No. 5147 of 2023 is extended by three weeks’ from today and let the satisfaction portion be read as “Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Aurangabad, Bihar/concerned court” in place of “Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Patna”. 5.
