This application has been filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 19190 of 2024 (State vs. Izhar), Charge Sheet dated 28.05.2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 84 of 2024, under Sections 286 and 323 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 04.11.2024, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the proceedings, the parties have themselves compromised on 02.12.2024, a copy thereof is already on record at Annexure-4, page 62 of the paper-book which was filed before the court below and while inviting attention towards Annexure SA-1, page No.6, it is submitted that the compromise has been verified. He thus submitted that the proceeding be quashed. 4. Learned AGA for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party have no objection to the same and they do not dispute the said fact that the compromise stood entered and verified. 5. The application is allowed. 6. In view of the above, proceeding of Case No. 19190 of 2024 (State vs. Izhar), Charge Sheet dated 28.05.2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 84 of 2024, under Sections 286 and 323 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahar, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 04.11.2024, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Bulandshahr are hereby quashed.
