This application has been filed U/s 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the entire proceedings of complaint case no. 1996 of 2023 (Smt. Gauri vs. Deep Singh and Ors) as well as summoning or bailable warrant order dated 30.09.2024 passed by Civil Judge (J.D)/ Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya under Sections 498A, 323, 504 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bidhuna, District Aruraiya pending in the court of 307,147, 149, 325, 323, 504 & 506 IPC at P.S. Kotwali, District- Basti pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (J.D)/ Judicial Magistrate, Bidhuna, Auraiya. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that a complaint stood lodged against the applicants who are father-in-law and mother-in-law on 05.12.2023 and summons have been issued post recording of statements U/s 200 & 202 Cr.P.C., summoning the applicants U/s 498A, 323, 506 IPC read with section 3/4 D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants shall preferring an application seeking bail and a direction be issued for consideration of the same. 4. Considering the submissions made across the bar, the present application stands disposed of requiring the applicants to surrender before the court below and to obtain bail this Court has no reason to disbelieve that in case applicants moves appropriate application before the court below for enlargement of bail, then the same may be decided with most expedition in accordance with the law.
