(Order on Suspension of Sentence Application) Applicants-Appellants, namely, Mangru, Prema Devi and Om Prakash stand convicted through judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Jaunpur in Sessions Trial No. 278 of 2005, arising out of Case Crime No. 315 of 2005, under Sections 147, 325/149, 504, 506, 304/149 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur and have been sentenced for commission of various offences alongwith fine. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicants- convicts does not press this application and prays for withdrawal. Both applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
