By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned court below to decide the execution case no. 7391 of 2024 regarding the execution of the judgment and decree dated 24.2.2006 passed in the case No. 5/30 of 2005 under Section 182 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner states that the aforesaid execution case no.7391 of 2024 has now been decided. In view of aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner the present writ petition has lost its efficacy and it is accordingly consigned to record.
