Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. 1. According to petitioner various landless persons were allotted land and a Harijan Basti has been established at Village Uncha Gaon, Ransoora, Saharanpur. A 250 KVA transformer has been installed in the dense abadi area and 11000 KVA HT line is also passing through the dense abadi. Petitioner has apparently requested for shifting of transformer as well as shifting of HT line from the abadi area to another place. The concerned Executive Engineer has informed the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Deoband, Saharanpur that upon deposit of requisite amount such transfer can be effected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that stationing of transformer is a safety hazard and the respondents are not taking any action. 3. In the facts of the case, we direct respondent no.5 to examine the issue and to ensure that appropriate action as may be warranted in law is taken, forthwith, for securing safety of persons living in the concerned abadi area. Such appropriate action would be taken within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 4.
