The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gorakhpur, to commit the trial of Criminal Case No. 13722 of 2020 (State Vs. Neha Jaiswal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 9 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427 and 452 of I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Gorakhpur to Special Judge, Prevision of Corruption Act, Court No.1, gorakhput, wherein cross case as S.T. No. 784 of 2022 is pending. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
