Mr. Suyash Pant, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand/petitioners. 2. Mr. Hem Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. State of Uttarakhand has challenged the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Dehradun in proceedings under Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. 4. Since petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 7-I of the aforesaid Act, therefore, this Court is not inclined the entertain the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the Appellate Forum. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners then submits that petitioners will file appeal, within three weeks from today. 7. In such view of the matter, for a period of three weeks only, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, pursuant to the impugned order.
