The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of N. Jayashree & Others vs. Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance Company Limited, reported in (2022) 14 SCC 712 and the recent judgment in the case of Sadhana Tomar & Others vs. Ashok Kushwaha & Others, reported in (2025) SCC OnLine SC 554, the petitioner would not like to press the instant petitioner rather would file an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal seeking review. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
