Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.4. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that raising certain grievances in relation to the electricity connection, a complaint No.507 of 2021 was filed by the petitioner before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Allahabad. However, when the same was not decided, the petitioner approached the Electricity Ombudsman, Lucknow giving reference of the complaint but even the Electricity Ombudsman has not decided the matter. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Allahabad to decide the complaint No.507 of 2021 filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before it.
